Yes. While Heirly is launching with a focus on Canadian businesses for sale, the platform is open to international buyers and advisors. Global participants can engage with Canadian opportunities today, with broader market coverage planned as we grow.
Will I be charged when I sign up?
No. When you sign up, your payment details are securely stored with our third-party payment processor (Stripe), but you will not be charged until the platform officially launches. You’ll receive advance notice before any payment is processed and may cancel at any time prior to launch with no obligation.
How does Heirly verify members and prevent fraud?
Trust is foundational to Heirly. Every buyer, seller, and advisor is verified to confirm identity and legitimacy. Our matching process is designed to connect members only with credible, verified participants, reducing noise, protecting confidentiality, and increasing confidence in every interaction.
